RTL AdAlliance appoints Toby Hack as VP Business Development Global Advertisers & Agencies

RTL AdAlliance today announced that Toby Hack will join RTL Group’s international sales house to take on the role as VP Business Development Global Advertisers & Agencies, effective 15 September 2025.
Toby Hack has joined RTL AdAlliance following more than a decade at Omnicom’s PHD Worldwide. In this newly created role, Toby Hack will focus on promoting strategic growth, working with global clients, central agency partners and hubs. He will also contribute to international business development activities and provide support for sales across all business units at RTL AdAlliance.
During the last 15 years with the PHD network, he held a series of senior leadership positions, including Chief Executive of Global Business and, most recently, Chief Executive for EMEA. During this time, he was instrumental in securing and stewarding some of the agency’s largest global clients, among them Volkswagen Group and HSBC, and played a central role in driving growth across more than 40 markets.
