Scratch Cards Game for the promotion of the Ad Manager platform by RTL AdAlliance

Article 1. Organizing company

RTL AdAlliance GmbH, a company registered in Cologne, Germany under number HRB 81930, whose registered office is at Überseeallee 10, 20457 Hamburg, Germany (‘RTL AdAlliance’) and whose business is the sale of advertising space, is organizing a free promotional scratch card game (the ‘Game’) to promote its advertising space purchasing platform RTL Ad Manager, which can be accessed at the URL https://rtl-admanager.com/.

Article 2. Eligibility and participation conditions

Participation to the Game is reserved to legal entities wishing to purchase advertising spaces through the RTL Ad Manager platform. Individuals acting in a personal capacity are not eligible. 

Participation is free and without obligation to purchase.

Only one scratch card is permitted by participant.

Scratch cards will be distributed by RTL AdAlliance sales managers during the events organized or attended by RTL AdAlliance between the 16th of June 2025 and the 31st of December 2025 while stocks last. 

The participant shall register on the RTL Ad Manager platform accessible via the URL https://rtl-admanager.com between the 16th of June 2025 and the 31st of December 2025. Registration to the RTL Ad Manager platform is subject to the conditions set up in section 2.1. of the RTL Ad Manager terms of use available in this link.

Article 3. Period of validity of the Game

The game will take place from the 16th of June 2025 to the 31st of December 2025.

Article 4. Prize, terms of delivery and use

Each scratch card contains a concealed area that, when scratched, reveals a discount percentage (the “Prize”). The participant must scratch all the boxes to find out the discount amount won by the participant, if any. The discounts amounts are determined randomly and are the following 1% or 4%.

Each scratch card contains a code that shall be filled in when requested during the purchase process in the RTL Ad Manager platform.

The Prize is applicable to any media purchases of €5,000 or more, up to a maximum of €100,000 in 2025 and per participant.

The Prize will be deducted from the total price of due amounts for advertising space purchases on RTL Ad Manager platform. 

No other means of participation will be taken into account by RTL AdAlliance. 

The winning participants accept the Prize as indicated above. No change, consideration, compensation or reimbursement in cash or by any other means of payment of the Prize may be requested by the winning participants for any reason whatsoever.

Article 5. Terms and conditions acceptance

Participation in the Game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety. Each scratch card contains a link to the present terms and conditions. The participant acknowledges that scratching the card constitutes acceptance of the present terms and conditions.

Article 6. Liability

RTL AdAlliance shall not be held liable if, due to force majeure or events beyond its control, or if circumstances so require, the Game is modified, shortened, extended, postponed, suspended or cancelled, or the conditions of participation are altered. 
RTL AdAlliance accepts no liability for any incidents or problems relating to connection to the RTL Ad Manager platform that may occur to the winning participants during the use and/or enjoyment of the Prize, which shall remain the sole responsibility of the participant.

Article 7: Reimbursement of costs

Participation in the Game is free of charge. RTL AdAlliance will not reimburse any costs incurred by the participant to take part in the Game, including costs incurred to obtain and use the Prize.

Article 8: Fraud

RTL AdAlliance may cancel all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has been committed in any form whatsoever, in particular by means of a computer system in connection with participation in the Game or the determination of the winners.

Article 9: Disputes and complaints

Any dispute or claim must be made by electronic message sent before 31st of December 2025 to RTL AdAlliance at the following e-mail address: sebastian.neumann@rtl.com, indicating the exact date of participation in the Game, the participant's full contact details and the exact reason for the dispute. No other method of dispute or claim may be considered.

Article 11: Disputes

These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute or disagreement regarding the application or interpretation of these rules, which are not provided for herein, and failing prior amicable resolution between the parties, shall be exclusively decided by the competent courts of Nanterre, France. 

The terms and conditions of the promotional game as well as the Prize offered to the winning participant may not give rise to any dispute.
